Ingredients
  

  • 2 ounces Unsweetened Chocolate
  • ¼ Cup Salted Butter
  • 1 Cup Sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 ¼ Cups Bisquick or Baking Mix

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Grease an 8" square baking dish.
  3. In a medium saucepan, combine the unsweetened chocolate and butter. Over low heat melt the two together until completely smooth, stirring often. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  4. Add the eggs and sugar, stirring until combined.
  5. Fold in the baking mix, it will be thick at first, just keep stirring.
  6. Spred the batter into the greased cake pan or baking dish.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes or until set an an inserted toothpick or tester comes out clean.
  8. Cool in pan on a wire rack.
