Ingredients
  

For The Cake Mix
  • 2 ½ Cups Unbleached All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 Cups Sugar
  • 2 teaspoons Baking Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • ½ teaspoon Salt Optional
For the Cake Batter
  • The Above Cake Mix
  • 1 ½ Cups Milk
  • 3 Egg Whites
  • ½ Cup Butter Melted
  • 1 ½ teaspoons Vanilla Extract Optional

  1. To Make the Mix:
  2. Combine everything in a large mixing bowl. Whisk well until everything is combined.
  3. Store in an airtight container until ready to use.
  4. To Bake a Cake:
  5. Preheat oven to 350℉
  6. Grease a 9X13" pan and set aside.
  7. Dump the full recipe of the cake mix into a large bowl. Set aside.
  8. In a medium bowl, whisk together the egg whites, milk, and melted butter until well combined.
  9. ​Mix the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until completely combined.
  10. Spread the cake batter evenly into the prepared pan.
  11. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until edges are just a bit golden and an inserted tester comes out clean.
  12. Cool completely on wire rack before frosting as desired.
