How to Clean a Toilet with Baking Soda and Vinegar

Materials
  

  • 1 Cup White Vinegar
  • 1 Cup Baking Soda
  • 1 Cup Borax optional, for tough stones

Method
 

  1. Lift toilet lid and seat.
  2. Sprinkle baking soda around the toilet bowl sides.
  3. Spray toilet bowl with vinegar and allow it to react with baking soda.
  4. Scrub toilet bowl with scrubber.
  5. Flush toilet.
  6. Spray toilet seat, lid, and outside of toilet with vinegar and wipe with a damp cleaning cloth or sponge.

Notes

Use a bit of borax or tough stains and a pumice stone for tough hardwater build up.
