Put an inch of water in ther bottom of a double boiler. In the top of the double boiler, add oil, beeswax, and honey.

Heat over low heat until the wax is just melted.

Remove from heat.  Add the essential oil, if using.  With a whisk or fork, stir rapidly for 30-60 seconds until everything is completely incorporated.

Pour into storage container. Let cool and harden before capping.
