Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl and whisk to remove any lumps. Store in an airtight container.

To Make Brownies

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

Grease a 9" square pan or line with parchment paper.  

Place the brownie mix in a bowl.

Add the melted butter, beaten eggs, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients and stir to combine.

Spread the batter into the prepared pan.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-23 minutes or until the center is set and an inserted cake tester comes out clean.

Cool in pan on a wire rack.
