					<description><![CDATA[I live in Eugene Oregon for the past 8 years and have never come across a tree frog like I used to in Washington State in my garden where of course a little more rain.  I want to entice garden/tree frogs into my garden here.  Is that possible?  I started a shade garden with ferns and hostas and clover.  What is the best way to sustain a watering area where I am not digging for a pond or building one.  Suggestions on easy water sources for frogs and what more can I do?  I have some rocks in the area as well.  How moist does the environment need to be to encourage these visitors.]]></description>
