How to Make Homemade Nut Butter
Today’s project will drive you nuts, it’s so easy to do!
When you make your own nut butter you can easily adapt it to any healthy eating situation because you control the ingredients.
This project is made with peanuts but if it’s a nut (and even many seeds) and you like it, you can make a butter out of it. Experiment with almond, cashew, hazelnut, and macadamia.
Add seeds to replace some of the fat and remove any additional oil if you wish. It’s so easy to make fresh nut butter, you’ll always want to keep a cup or two on hand.
